Full Job Description

UNV is specifically recruiting for a Viewing Assistant. We are looking for a friendly and confident person with exceptional people skills to deliver great customer service to our prospective couples.

Access to private transport is essential

The Role

Conduct viewings around Branches Park, showcasing the venue to prospective couples.
Be welcoming and professional when conducting viewings. Having attention to detail and pride when showing our venue.
Recording the required feedback and information from the viewings, communicating this back effectively to the sales team.
Strive to always have an in-depth knowledge of the venue and our different packages, to communicate these to prospective couples with confidence.
Use our online system, SONAS, to view information such as couple’s names, viewing times, phone numbers and notes.

Experience

Sales Experience is desirable
Experience using SONAS or a similar system
Experience in the wedding and events industry, and / or hospitality is desirable
Experience providing customer service for a luxury service or goods

Confident when selling a luxury product
