Here at Unique Norfolk Venues, our dedicated team will play a number of roles in your wedding planning to help bring your dreams to fruition. With years of experience and a real passion for creating unforgettable moments, we will guide you through your journey with care, providing plenty of inspiration and support along the way.
Advisor
Knowing where to start or what tasks should be on your to-do list is overwhelming for any novice. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and wedding expertise we’re eager to share to help make the planning process enjoyable and exciting. From curating your perfect menu, building a timeline, choosing your ceremony and ideas to assist the flow of the day, let our passion and experience guide you through it all.
Timekeeper
We understand how difficult it can be finding time within your busy lives to plan a wedding. Your planner will act as your timekeeper, ensuring you stay on track and scheduling regular check-ins to discuss your progress. Each of our venues has a dedicated planning team available 7 days a week via email or phone to answer all of your queries, however small.
Connector
We’ll be delighted to put you in touch with our recommended suppliers. We work alongside incredible photographers and videographers to florists, entertainers, cake designers, and makeup artists. We know how important it is to build a relationship with a team you can trust and can rely upon.
Soother
Ultimately, weddings can be incredibly stressful. Our planning team are here to bring consistency and calm when emotions are high and give you the confidence to embrace every special moment. Whether it be a pep talk before your aisle walk, fluffing your dress for the perfect shot or a steady hand to pin your buttonholes, we’ll take care of you and make sure no detail is overlooked.
Stylist
We love talking about your wedding as much as you do! Your planner will be keen to discuss trends, themes, colour schemes and help you bring your vision to life. We have a gorgeous range of upgraded tableware and will work closely with you to select the perfect table design, ceremony and room layout to elevate your special day.
Co-ordinator
While a planner is invaluable in the lead up to the big day, our prevailing role is overseeing the day itself. Our couples and guests alike deserve to have a truly memorable, picture perfect experience, without any worry about what is happening behind the scenes. We will coordinate your suppliers, make sure your wedding party always know what’s next and that your only responsibility on the day is to be fully present.
